Bryan K. Stewart

Bryan K. Stewart has been practicing law in the Miami and Montgomery county Ohio areas for over 37 years. His practice areas include litigation, wills and estate planning and administration, business and corporate law, real estate (Agent, Ohio Bar Title Insurance Company), divorce and dissolution, and traffic and criminal law. Over his career, he has secured several multimillion-dollar personal injury recoveries for clients.

He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Miami County Bar Association, where he has served as Chair of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee since 1999, including involvement in Miami County Bar Assn. v. Wyandt & Silvers, Inc., 107 Ohio St.3d 259. He is also active in the community, serving as President of the Tipp City Rotary Club (2002-2003), President of the Tipp City Mum Festival (2002), and Treasurer of the Tipp-Monroe Cable Access Commission (2007-present).

Born in Springfield, Ohio (June 9, 1957), Bryan was admitted to the Ohio Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1989. He earned an A.S. from Clark Technical College (1984), a B.A., magna cum laude, from Wright State University (1985), and a J.D., with honors, from The Ohio State University College of Law (1989). He served in the United States Navy (1975–1981) as a Second Class Petty Officer and was awarded the Navy Expeditionary Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.
