Andrew B. Stewart has been practicing law continuously in Miami and its surrounding counties since 2000. He currently practices in the following areas: Juvenile Law, Domestic Relations/Family Law (divorce/dissolution of marriage and custody), Civil Litigation, Business/Corporate Law, Estate Planning and Personal Injury/Wrongful Death.

He has been an active member of the Miami County Bar Association since 2000, serving on its Executive Committee since 2006. His leadership roles include Secretary/Treasurer (2007-2008), Vice President (2009), President (2010), and Chair of the Law Day Committee (2001-2002). He is also a member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Additionally, he has been actively involved in the community as a Trustee (2001-2005) and President (2003-2005) of Tipp Monroe Community Services, a member of the Tipp City Chamber of Commerce since 2000, and a member of the Tipp City Rotary Club (2000-2007).
